The sea is a constant companion on Vikeholmen Light. Even though the rock on which it is built lies in the middle of the Skudeneshavn harbour, it feels like being on an outlying island. Sculpted rocks and sheltered bays surround you as you inspect the remains of earlier homesteads. At times more than 30 people lived on the island. From the light house, passing boats seem to be almost in the living room.
There are beds for 10 visitors on Vikeholmen and a boat is included. To spend a night on the very edge, with fantastic views, contact T: +47 970 72 948 /
